Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the continental USA including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not currently ship internationally.

What is your processing time?

For ready made orders we ship our products within 1-3 business days. For wholesale orders we ship our products within 4-6 weeks depending on the size of your wholesale order.

How are your products shipped?

We use USPS to ship out all of our products. Please plant our labels, care instructions, and business cards. They are made from recycled cotton embedded with seeds.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of package. You can preview our shipping options before placing your order.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Cancellations:

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us before placing your order.

Update Address:

If you put the incorrect address please contact us within 24 hours to make a change of address. If your request is done after that time, we may not be able to make the adjustment.

Lost/ Delayed Packages

Once our product is shipped we are not liable to provide any refunds. If your package is lost or delayed please contact your local USPS and contact us so we are aware of the situation.
